Managing of two shift leader areas (100 members), field and control room operators and engineers’ team. Liaison with certification of ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Responsible for HSE risk identification, designing and adopting appropriate measures. HSE legal requirements adoption, implementation and control. Nearmisses system development at unit, consequently in whole production. Representation of the company’s interests in the complaints faced at authorities. Responsibility for maintenance budget in amount 4.5 mn EUR, definition of priorities and yearly budget planning. Technological/technical and HSE incident investigation. HAZID/HAZOP results adoption into a local operation manuals. CAPEX/Minor CAPEX and Management Of Change stage gate manager. Definition, planning and carry out internal HSE, emergency trainings for unit members. Prepare operation instructions in line with internal regulations’ and safe work standards. Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly reporting to management. Definition of KPI’s for all subordinates, based on production targets.Daily performance check and fast response activities to correct identified deviations.Other issues: negotiation with Trade union (minimum staff level, Safety, local needs), replacing retirees, operator multi-functionality within responsibility area, implementation Lean principles, 5S etc.Responsible for maintenance (budget >5 million EUR). Number of subordinates 103, direct reports 18 employees.Unit production manager at VGO Hydrocracker, Vacuum distillation unit, Hydrogen production plant, FCC - Fluid Catalytic Cracker, ETBE and Alkylation production unit. Responsibility for safe operation, Quality, Energy efficiency, HSE issues, Costs, Planning, Reporting, Motivation and Businesses employee education.
