I am a passionate creative, growing in knowledge and industry experience, with a keen eye for detail and a desire to reach perfection. I have excellent interpersonal and technological skills. My skillset is extensive but ever growing and I am seeking a new and challenging role to advance my development and knowledge.For the last 3 years I have been one of the lead creatives at CPC Farnell, I work directly with the marketing manager to deliver new, creative solutions to further establish our company as a brand leader, producing multiple design solutions for a variety of media across both print and digital forms, including web, social, email, brochures, POS, packaging and newsprint. I create and develop strategies and campaigns to grow our business within our brand guidelines. I continuously work within tight and challenging deadlines. I excel at finding the solution to delivering content to an appropriate target audience, whether that is B2B or B2C, this is a skill that great designers possess and it is a skill which I strive to perfect. As my portfolio grows, I pursue innovative and exciting ways to improve myself and the businesses I work with. I am known as an outgoing and approachable person who makes the team around him feel comfortable and inspired. I have never missed a deadline and I continuously improve/develop both my work portfolio and my professional skills with every project I undertake. I have excellent knowledge of Adobe CC, Microsoft Office, colour theory, print formatting and digital marketing. I make a vow to continuously learn and develop, what I do not know today, I will strive to learn tomorrow. I communicate extremely well with internal or external sources and I have been noted as going beyond my duties to find success in the projects I create and I will put everything into achieving the goals set by a business.
