Indorama Petrochemicals Urea/Ammonia Plant Project, Port Harcourt, Nigeria

Plant System status monitoring in accordance to Project Master Schedule in coordination with Commissioning team.Interface with all concerned construction discipline with regard to construction progress and erection completion schedule (Civil-Building-Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrument).Generate System List / System Status Monitoring Sheet that reflects all current status of each system / sub-system.Monitoring of Piping Test package construction status, ensure that construction "A" punch is closed prior to pressure test activities.Coordinating with Pre-Commissioning team regarding their Flushing & Line cleaning plan for each test package after construction "B" punch clearing.Checking of Flushing/Cleaning Plan Drawing, ensure that each Marked-up P&ID is in accordance to to System Definition P&ID marked-up drawing, showing system limit and boundary.Project assignment was interrupted due to Business Visa issue.

Kaltim-5 Project, Bontang East Kalimantan, Indonesia

Hand-over of Construction Completed / Tested Plant System/Subsystem (Equipment & Facility) to Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning team in accordance to project procedure and specifications based on Mechanical Completion and Plant Acceptance stage, after clearing all outstanding punch items as conformed by each plant owner/client, department site representative.

Management & Control of project site office & site personnel, office staff and site workers. Supervising / monitoring of Visa Processing & Work Permit pertaining to manpower mobilization.Monitoring, updating and checking of manpower / manhour report on a daily/weekly basis in collaboration with Project Control Department.Project site financial control and monitoring in coordination with Accounts Team regarding all expenses, debit & credit issues.Procurement of various site equipment, tools and materials and all basic requirement at site.Constant coordination with Project Management Team (Chiyoda & JGC) regarding all issues involving site personnel, mobilization/demobilization, accommodation, local manpower rental, equipment/transportation permit and various issues pertaining to administration.

Qatar Shell Pearl Gtl Project, Ras Laffan

Coordinate with Shell Team for the inspection/walkdown (Shell Operation & Project Management Team) during RFP (Ready for Pre-Commissioning), RFC (Ready for Commissioning), RFSU (Ready for Start-up) to inspect and check System’s punchlist items / reinstated-punch cleared items.Monitoring and follow-up of all documents pertaining to SystemCompilation Manual (SCM) from various construction disciplines prior to Client review.Monitor QC verified documents and construction progress. Verify and coordination with Commissioning team for any System schedule prior to issuance of RFP, RFC and RFSU Notification.Compilation and monitoring of System Compilation Manual (SCM)for all Process, Utility and Non-Process Systems.Verification of Systems limits/ boundary in accordance with marked-up Project Engineering Flow Scheme (PEFS) and P&ID.Coordinate with Construction team, QC team, Clients Regulatory& Commissioning Authorities for the submission of outstanding document for System Handover. Monitor Commissioning activities prior to Ready for Pre-Commissioning (RFP), Ready for Commissioning (RFC) and Ready for Start-up (RFSU). Coordinate with QC team regarding Walkdown punchlist after each RFP, RFC & RFSU walkdown.Arrangement of all System Walkdown Schedule, coordination with various disciplines including Client (Shell) Maintenance team and Operation team prior to each walkdown schedule.Coordinate with Clients Punch List Committee regarding the review and comments of every System punchlist submittal.
