• Started ground floor with 35 employees to IPO and over 3000 in 7 years through technology, acquisition, sales, and executing a strategic plan.• Spent most of my tenure motivating sales force in overcoming objections and consummating sales both in acquisitions and outside sales.• Actively negotiated the acquisition of the world’s largest Auto Wholesale company Wholesale Inc. out of TN Inc, selling 50,000 automobiles a year through multiple remarketing channels totaling over a billion in gross revenue. • Responsible for Initiating, negotiating, and entering our strategic test pilot program with CarGurus that drove RMBL stock 400% in a day.• Spent two years completing the acquisition of the largest privately held Powersports company in the world RideNow Powersports for $575 million as well as the third largest privately held company in Freedom Powersports $130 million with all dealership locations from coast to coast.• Managed 24 direct reports with over 3000 employees nationwide.• Took technology role while on Board of Directors as the SME, driving the technology that has processed over a million cash offers in 6 years buying thousands of assets from Consumers homes.• Directed all the aspects of how Salesforce and other third-party technology as well as our own IP was to be structured allowing for the purchasing vehicles nationwide. Directed teams on all transport of those assets to auctions and reconditioning facilities as well as dealerships. • Hired and directed management staff and team members to rebuild Wholesale Express a subsidiary of RumbleOn that today is transporting 100,000+ Automobiles for third party customers a year nationwide.• Negotiated and played an intricate role in acquiring Live auction simulcast software that was the engine that drove RumbleOn’s dealer direct sale model in both the wholesale and retail.
