Purchased franchise rights to Jacksonville, FL. Negotiated real property lease for first location, built out 12,500 square foot facility, promoted new concept and business, prepared and coordinated all legal, business and real property construction documents desirable and necessary to open and construct a new business, hired and trained three new full time managers and 20 part time employees, prepared and filed all accounting, payroll and tax documents, and oversee all other aspects of a new concept and business. Achieved over $1.8 million in sales in first three (3) years and top ten system wide sales.
