Responsible for the provision of service contracting and sales and revenue on-boarding solutions for the EMEA business in ESS. Managing a team of 10 team leaders and specialist analysts across 3 EMEA locations, I am responsible for service contracting with ESS clients, negotiating mutually agreeable solutions to contractual challenges, performing risk assessments and escalations for Exec level decision making and the efficient, accurate and timely on-boarding of those contracts to facilitate business delivery and revenue recovery.

Responsible for the development of new commercial products for the development and provision of new commercial services to M&C Clients in Water, Commodity Risk Management (Non Gas \ Power) and Carbon products, including the UK Carbon Reduction Commitment.  Development of commercially viable products for sale. Delivery of new operational products to clients. Leadership, management and supervisions of a team of 2 highly skill business architects, 1 senior business manager and 3 business analysts. Creation of UK CRC EES lifecycle products to support sales pitches from scheme Qualification through to Annual Reporting. Responsibility for operational client relationships and service provision. Process and systems design and development to support operational delivery of new products.

Have been working at BizzEnergy in a contract position to provide data, business and commercial analysis services within the Finance \ Commercial Performance functions of the business reporting to the COO and the Commercial Performance Manager, depending on the project.Specific projects I have delivered during my employ at BizzEnergy include a 'Daily Metrics' customer \ sales reporting and KPI monitoring solution and the development of an 'Intelligent Business' logical and analytical model to evaluate each of BizzEnergy's customers contribution to the business.
