Hardware Managerresponsibe for the project that is the first out-door Micro Wide-Band GSM BTS(RRU&BBU) in ZTE Corporation, intergratd digital, RadioFrequency circuit and Power Amplifier with 60W, etc in one board.The hardware quality and schedule of the project; the design of hardware architecture including clock plan ,power plan,chip-selection,in-out interface plan and so on and the design of lightning protection,thermal design of Project; the chip selection of CPU,FPGA,CPLD ,SerDes Gigabit Switch , Gigabit Ethernet Transceiver, E1/T1,DC-DC, LDO and other interface chips; The chip selection and verification of ADC,DAC,Clock Chips and Digital-Pre-Distortion chips and so on; The schematic and pcb design of TRBG Board including digital, radio frequency circuit, power amplifier circuit etc.The debugging of the board;Board Support Packet initialization design etc;The settling of problem of DietBTS in reliability experiment including EMC,Environment experiment and so on and the testing of RF index; The equipment and test programm design for production test including the plan and realization; The settling of problem of DietBTS including production line and customer pilot other project's maintance including production line , field supporting to address field issues etc
