 1.入职培训以综合（医学知识，产品知识，沟通技巧）第一名结业，负责两条产品线（麻醉&肾内科）的推广，对接医院包括： 喜保福宁（麻醉）：北京协和医院，北京安贞医院，北京宣武医院，首都儿研所附属儿童医院等 胜普乐，概纯（肾科）：北京安贞医院，北京协和医院，北京宣武医院，首都医科大学附属平谷医院，北京广安门医院等 2.从入职到现在sevo达成105%，Q1达成119%，Q2达成116%，2015年YTD6增长600%，环比增长20%。肾内科产品全组第一，Q2达成180%。 3.覆盖的客户包括前全国主委，全国候补主委，中华医学会相关杂志主编，北京地方主委，相关治疗领域全国专家，相关治疗领域全国质控主任等。 4.新市场开发：肾内科产品线为新产品，接手时0销量，没有一家医院进院，没有一位客户有使用经验，到目前为止，正式进院或临时进院的医院有：首都医科大学平谷医院，平谷中医院，和平里医院和中国中医科学院附属广安门医院，在Q2达成180%，列北区第一位。 5.参与策划执行的市场活动及会议：协和医院胜普乐的上市后临床项目、协和胜普乐会议的组织工作、首都儿科研究所附属医院麻醉科学术进展小沙龙，独家支持协和医院&克利夫兰论坛，赞助协和麻醉大讲堂，中美痛与痒学术交流，协和南北气道大讲堂等。
