I have over three years of experience in leading and managing the helpdesk and IT support operations, as well as developing and enhancing the system infrastructure. My core competencies include helpdesk support, desktop support, technical support, automation, procurement, and project management.In my current role, I have assumed additional responsibilities, such as supplier engagement and the procurement of new suppliers, while continuing to automate various systems using Windows Imaging, GPO, and batch/PowerShell scripting. I have also played a pivotal role in multiple projects, such as upgrading our network infrastructure and server hardware, and refreshing our mobile phone fleet. These projects have improved the efficiency, reliability, and security of our IT systems, and increased the satisfaction of our internal and external customers.
