Some projects include:o Automated phone marketing campaigns and doubled ACMS scope by adding phone channel configuration.o Implemented multiple-offer functionality for Refer-A-Friend campaigns to increase marketing flexibility.o Produced ability to market first-year annual fee deferment for card upgrade campaigns. Delivery Excellence: Identified pain points and incorporated enhancements into ACMS system to aid marketers and technology resources in their campaigns and development work. Some enhancements include:o Built a preview functionality for changes within an ACMS template, which has led to 15 hour reduction per week in work time for technology resources.o Created a User Interface (UI) over restricted database tables to allow access within ACMS tool. Previously, this required developers ~40 hours of work per sprint to establish mappings directly within database.
