Mr. Lind has over 40 years of experience in insurance defense work, trying cases throughout the state of Minnesota in state and federal courts. He also is involved in appellate work. His defense practice includes professional liability, product liability, general liability, liquor liability, premises liability, coverage opinions and declaratory judgment actions for insurance policies, all with excess and surplus lines carriers, specialty insurers and standard companies.He received his B.A. from St. John’s University in 1969, and his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1974. He was admitted to practice law in Minnesota in 1974.He is a member of defense organizations: Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute, and the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance.
