RESUMEAfter completing my university degree as Engineer in Mechanical Engineering from Aalborg University AUC, I have collected 20 years experience in small and large companies primarily within development and Innovation. I have occupied various functions throughout my career in the last 12 primarily in Management and Project management, including the past 4 years as Manager of Vestas technology.In my current position I am functional, global Manager of Specialist and technical Project Managers across the Globe. The department is a part of Mechanical R & D. The department's 25-man spread over locations in China, India, Denmark and USA. Focus on Global communication and cooperation are very central in daily bussiness and building shared values and behaviors.As the department's employees are part of a lot of development projects there is naturally a large contact surface for many departments and functions across the group.
