Inter alia it was my business to build up the operations department at Frankfurt-Hahn airport.From the outset of this department I was the responsable instructor for all operations- agents in Frankfurt–Hahn. I was in constant correspondence with all airlines about their replacements, updates and revisions regarding their manuals and weight & balance documentations.My assignment was also:- preparing weight & balance documents- flight-preparation for departing crews (weather-briefing, notams)- disposition of duty staff- coordination with all relevant departments and authorities - supervision and coordination of the handling (boarding and loading)- preparing the trainingmaterial and instruct all the operations-agents according AHM 590 and also about procedures of new customers and different aircraft-types. - managing an automated weight & balance program, which I created to simplify the load planing of several airlines in Frankfurt-Hahn- slot management- booking and organisation of crew-hotels and crew-transports- sita management (LDM / CPM / MVT)- coordination and processing our internal flight plan system during the daily traffic - rework and finalize the documentation and files- administrative tasks
