This role involved the creation and implementation of reporting dashboards as well as high and low level management insight. In this role I worked on a dialler, phoning customers to let them know if they would be entitled to any discounts for home improvements and passing on leads to the quotation specialist to get sales. After one month of being in this role I was promoted to a quotation specialist myself, phoning back leads and letting customers know prices for products and arranging for the sales person to go out to the property to finalise the deal. I was also responsible for the interview process for new applicants wanting a job with the company’s Perth site and interviewed applicants myself.

Sales Advisor in a men’s fashion retailer working to very high standards of customer service and presentation whilst working towards high sales targets. I had a weekly target I had to achieve and during my time in this business I found selling to be one of my strong points. I am a very confident person and for me, selling and speaking to customers comes very naturally. This role allowed me to work in regional stores to share my knowledge with members of staff from other sites. My duties included dealing with delivery and putting out stock. Store standards, till work, merchandising, answering the phone, cleaning, various checks around the shop and stock room, taking money to the bank, security of the store and dealing with customers.
