With a track record of delivering results in competitive markets while building loyal customer and staff relationships, I have been able to nurture a strong network and gain the trust of distinguished members of the business community particularly across SEQ, Victoria, SA and NSW.Experienced in Mergers and Acquisitions and adept at leading large digital transformations, change management programs and major brand changes through executive and Board interactions. I have broad Board member experience, both at executive level and as a director over both ASX listed, private and not for profit entities. I am currently on the Board of Directors for the BusinessCouncil of Co-operatives and Mutuals (BCCM) and the Customer Owned Banking Association in addition to Director responsibilities in association with my role in the Bank.
