Manage budget creation and control, margin and pricing analysis. Implemented new accounting system, built all operational reports and manage Customer invoicing, purchasing, inventory and P&L analysis. Drive to reduce costs and improve margin. Reported directly to the President.

Responsible to drive the success of this not for profit global youth development program across the State of New Hampshire. Manage all aspects of the operation including programming, fundraising, volunteer and employee management, events and youth development.Expand the program to all parts of the state by 2015. Grow participation, retention and progression of children in the program. Build alliances with other youth development organizations statewide.

Helped drive new business opportunities for clients in the wireless industry.Established QUALCOMM’s advanced OFDM technology as a basis for the IEEE 802.11n standard. Convinced consumer electronics companies to support QC technology in the standards and CE market. Built the Business Case for this product which led to the acquisition of a start-up firm so QUALCOMM could integrate this technology into its cellular chipset offerings.Drove new business opportunity for Teradyne introducing them to the major cellular infrastructure companies to provide base station testing services using Teradyne’s advanced test systems. Developed the value proposition. Successfully got Teradyne relationships with three major vendors.

Founder, President and CEO for a Venture Capital funded wireless infrastructure company. Raised $60 million from 5 VC’s in two rounds. Achieved multi-million dollar sales with a leading European GSM operator Orange.Established initial mobile data switch product concept, recruited and managed a team of 100 highly skilled engineers, and an international sales force in Europe, Asia and North America.Established an OEM agreement with Alcatel for resale of the WaterCove platform in Europe. Alcatel eventually acquired the company.Positioned WaterCove in the leadership position in the segment. Was the company spokesman with the press, industry analysts, investment banks and trade associations.
