Drive continuous improvement of the processes themselves and ensure the test department meets KPIs which support the delivery roadmap while providing Operations assurance of code quality.

Responsible for:• Leading the testing teams in the Performance test and Automation test domains, further developing Performance and Automation processes and maximising cost efficiency in these two areas • Preparing Business Cases for Performance and Automation Initiatives and co-ordinating the execution of these initiatives• Possessing the right technical understanding and skills to have meaningful discussions with Domain Leads, Technical Managers, Domain Architects and Designers to optimise tool usage and processes • Liaising with Operations teams and Domain Managers to understand the operations pain points and driving through the right level of testing to address these• Liaising with all the internal customers for testing services to understand their domain road-maps and future performance and automation needs• Understanding the working context of different performance and automation tools and be able to choose and implement the most appropriate tools• Implement an end-to-end Automation testing suite for Vodafone BSS Core IT systems• Design the Automation testing platform at a hardware/networking/software level and work with IT Vendors to implement the design• Managing the internal Performance and Automation knowledge base and building up a common test case library for BSS IT applications (and different testing phases)
