Management of internal and external sales team(s), transportation, including tanker/fleet maintenance, routing and driver performance. Accounting - cash collection, credit reviews, and debtor management. Compliance to ISO9002 procedures along with auditing, stock control and customer contract negotiations. Site issues such as office/depot repairs, telecommunications, IT. All training and HR issues including recruitment and appraisals.

Working on a specific 12-month contract, to ascertain ways of improving the business, both operationally and financially. Including the evaluation of staff, stock levels and rotation, as well as forward forecasting and cash projection.
