Respect for the individual is essential to me in leadership.Throughout my years in the armed forces, I gained invaluable leadership skills, learning how to guide and lead people effectively. These skills have been further developed and redefined during my 20 years at Vestas, where I’ve combined hands-on experience with additional education in leadership and collaboration, often in high-pressure environments and across diverse cultures worldwide.I feel fortunate and grateful for the opportunities that have shaped who I am today, and I continue to learn from my colleagues every day. I highly value the contributions of each team member and am dedicated to helping them reach their full potential as we work toward our shared goals.For 21 years, I’ve worked in the wind industry with KW & MW turbines, both onshore and offshore, gaining extensive experience in supervision, management, project execution, LEAN, field training, planning, HSE, customer negotiations, contract reviews, relationship building, implementation, and cost control.Since 2021, I’ve been focused on commercial, sales, and business development (B2B, B2C) as a supplier to the wind industry. I’m passionate about continuous learning, development, and expanding my knowledge further."
