Maintain safety performance in line with minimum targets, including investigation and resolution of incidents and accidents, with specific focus on continuous improvement. Ensuring shift capabilities and stability by ongoing training and finding cover for staff absences. Liaison with maintenance and development departments to highlight operational risks. This involved follow-up of requests and attending maintenance downtime to supervise and control maintenance tasks.
