As a mechanical contractor/estimator, I am well-versed in IMC 2015 and am familiar with field concepts, practices, and procedures. I am responsible for estimates, schedules, materials, and purchase orders. Specific responsibilities include:- Attending bid walks and prepare bid responses - Estimating projects based on bid specs as well as design-build projects- Project financial reporting, including revenue forecasting- Drafting code-compliant blueprints- Managing the approval process with counties, cities, and municipalities/pull permits- Working with appropriate parties to establish timelines for production, delivery, and installation- Managing the delivery of the contracted project scope and securing change orders for any scope expansion- Managing client and vendor relationships (general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers)- Managing multiple projects at one time and associated crews- Familiarity with field concepts, practices, and proceduresI am also able to drive truck and trailer and operate a forklift.
