My role at Anchor still involves the design and implementation of crystal reports, designing automated emails and SMS messages. I am still working closely with the project management team and assist them with implementation frequently. I now also work with the support team to ensure our customers receive all necessary help required and deliver a high quality of service to them.

Anchor Computer Systems specialises in software for the Instalment Credit Finance sector.We have served the finance industry for over 25 years. During this period we have amassed amassed well over 300 customers.My role at Anchor involves the design and implementation of crystal reports, designing automated emails and SMS messages, data extracts and decision engines and also assisting with customer support using both external resources and our own software. I also have to coordinate closely with the directors and project managers to ensure a high quality of service is delivered to all of our customers.
