My main tasks were the operation and development of facility management and document management. Key areas that were under my control included real estate management, facility management, energy management, environmental protection, maintenance, safeguarding of assets as well as the Company’s document management. I was responsible for the maintenance of the utility systems as well as for the electricity system. I had to coordinate the work of 30-40 employees and several contractors.In addition, I participated in the business development projects of FŐGÁZ. I was one of the leaders in the building energy business where we provided a variety of energy efficiency services to third parties.Major professional successes:• I reorganized the operation of the areas under my control that resulted in considerable resource savings.• In 2015 the universal service area was significantly enlarged with the E.ON gas users. My key task was to set up, in a very short time, the infrastructure of customer service offices suitable to serve 600.000 customers. • I planned and managed the renovation and conversion of the Trigeneration energy-producing center at FŐGÁZ site in such a way that the investment paid for itself in little over two years.• Implementation of ISO 50001 Energy Management System.• I participated in setting up the building energy business unit and in developing the necessary processes. We implemented the ISO 14001 environmental management system and ISO 9001 quality management system for the processes.• As part of the Zoltan Magyary Public Administration and Development Program, I participated in drafting the regulation providing for the simplified replacement of gas appliances, which has since been enacted into law.• Within the framework of the building energy division, I planned and supervised the building and operation of one of Hungary's first domestic-scale CHP plants in a nursing home in Budapest.

Upon the planned merge of the department of industrial customers and the department of household customers, I was asked to lead the unified department. My first task was to organize and manage the merge itself. Afterwards I was responsible for plan reviewing and the onsite technical safety supervision for all customer groups (from household customer to power plant). It meant nearly 800.000 customers and the management of more than 10.000 cases a year. During this time, 40-50 employees worked under my direction.Major professional successes:• My colleagues and I implemented the departmental merge without difficulties.• I maintained a good relationship with leaders and co-workers of all related departments.I participated in managing some major problems such as the second Russian-Ukrainian gas crisis in 2009.

I was responsible for plan reviewing and the onsite technical safety supervision for industrial, commercial and large household (households with 10m3/h or larger gas meters) customers. My further responsibilities included the management of tasks such as contracting, connecting to network, and gas meters’ authentication exchange. Furthermore, I prepared and, in case of an emergency, implemented the restriction schedule. I was responsible for the safe gas supply of more than 12.000 users accounting for nearly two thirds of the amount of gas distributed per year. During this period, 40-50 employees were under my control.Major professional successes:• On behalf of the Hungarian Gas Association, I represented Hungary in the Gas Utilization Working Committee of the International Gas Union. • During the 2006 Russian–Ukrainian gas crisis, restriction became necessary of which implementation and monitoring was my responsibility.• By reforming the gas meter calibration program, we managed to reduce to zero the number of uncertified gas meters used by industrial customers.

My task was to solve technical problems of industrial, commercial and large household customers. My duty was to check and supervise the customers’ gas systems.Major professional successes:• I dealt with various technical problems, such as the conversion of low pressure gas systems into medium low pressure gas systems, the examination of the possibilities of applying gas engines, and the development of gas metering systems. I supervised the construction of the customers’ gas systems for some priority projects, such as the new gas turbine blocks of Budapest Power Plant Ltd.’s Újpest Power Plant and Kispest Power Plant and the gas systems of large shopping centers, office buildings, and residential complexes.• I participated in the introduction of the SAP R3 system.• As a corporate auditor, I participated in the development and inspection of the ISO 9001 quality management system.• As the person in charge controlling emergencies, I handled a number of cases effectively and restored the gas service for industrial customers quickly.
