I worked as a call handler agent for Nationwide Home Insurance where I followed correct underwriting into household insurance and answered any queries someone had about their policy, I also did work on basic technical underwriting in relation to if a policies price was not correct or required a underwriting "loading". When working here I used Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Lync and CRM systems where I also learned basic troubleshooting in this. The lines used were Cisco.

I am currently recruited as a Home Care Assistant for Meadows Care. My main duties include Peg feed, Medication Administration, Supporting both Elderly and 'Challenging behavior' Clients. My previous experience within care has provided a strong foundation for my skills, of which I have now bought forward to my role at Meadows Care. This role requires me to be able to communicate effectively with both Clients and Co-workers. I am required to make myself available; There is often the demand for short-notice over-time.

As a care worker for St Margarets, I was required to support their clients, both elderly and end of life individuals. This included Catheter maintenance, House keeping duties, Colleague relationships and Assisted living. This required me to have a confident and open personality with the ability to provide a solution to those needing support.

I was employed by Sainsbury's as a Bakery Assistant over the Christmas period, in the Parnwell Peterborough store. This position was one that I really enjoyed. My main duties included, but were not limited too, Stock Checks, Customer Complaints Handling, Preparation of food, Customer Service, Stock knowledge and Rotation and working as part of a team. During my time here, I gained considerable knowledge of Customer service and was able to put my skills into practice.

This job was a door to door sales position. It was a face to face, B2C Role. I was employed to offer Charity products and services. This role required confidence, Good personal presentation and knowledge of the various products; these changed on a weekly/monthly basis. This gave me skills in customer service and effective communication which I was able to transfer over to my following positions.
