KitchenAid Small Appliances - Baking Category (May 2015 - August 2018)Stand Mixer Attachments• Led product portfolio for Stand Mixer Attachments – a leader for KitchenAid Small Appliances in business growth as well as in significant, consumer-driven innovation such as the Spiralizer and Vegetable Sheet Cutter. • Led the creation of the Sifter + Scale Attachment in 2018, another insight-driven innovation that complements the iconic stand mixer and helps deliver more consistent results for home bakers.• Led the launch of the Vegetable Sheet Cutter Attachment from concept creation to launch in 2017 – a consumer-driven, first-of-its-kind innovation that was named a finalist for the IHA Global Innovation Award and is outselling initial expectations. Demonstration videos of the product posted to social media broke internal records for views and impressions - without paid support.• Led the launch of the Fresh Prep Slicer/Shredder Attachment in 2017 – refreshing a high-volume SKU to improve product quality and marketing message.• Served as interim lead for the category team for 3 months in 2017• Launched the Spiralizer Attachment in 2015, which became among the top selling products in the category and responsible for a significant portion of overall KitchenAid growth.
