* Worked from start to finish on re-implementing the logon process for the Department of Veterans Affairs's online services to provide an in-house solution alongside the existing myGov login. This work resolved the existing problem of low takeup from DVA's clientele by streamlining the account creation and logon process.* I worked with the solution architect to design a solution and, being the sole technical resource, implemented the solution on my own. * Liaised with the teams within DVA to organise deployment, training, and support.
