My entire working life of more than 35 years has been involved with one facet or another of the Chemical Processing industry, mostly focusing on Polyurethanes.From equipment and chemical sales, through training, consulting, personnel certification, product development, testing and certifications, pre-production and field support.Selling and supporting sales all over the world including China, Korea, South Africa, Europe and RussiaSupporting industries from light to heavy construction, through both light and heavy manufacturing, concentrating extensively on process.Supporting customers both directly and indirectly via distribution as well as the support and management of distribution networks.I have recently taken a dream position with Victory Polymers Canada, Overseeing the Launch of Victory's Canadian Operations. I will be leading all facets of our polyurethanes operations from toll manufacturing, R&D, Product development, Raw materials management, sales and production.
