Our current focus is on assisting the network generate sufficient enquiries via web, phone and press to achieve the monthly retail sales objectives.I am also resposible for ensuring the current Training programme of FCA is fully adhered to by completing all TNA's with sales staff and following up on both web based and classroom courses..I assist the network in completing and maintaining their Quarterly Marketing Plan in order that they achieve their objective and maximise their bonus earnings.
