Primarily employed as an IFR Offshore Oil Aircraft Captain. Tasked to fly to remote well heads in the Arabian Gulf by day and night. HEMS is an additional mission for which I fly missions to offshore platforms and Islands. Working in high density traffic oil fields in multi-crew cockpit environment. I was also employed as an IFR HEMS Captain within Saudi Arabia attending active accident scenes by day and by night in remote desert and mountainous locations.

Primarily employed as an IFR Aircraft Captain flying to remote sites within the Canadian Arctic. Summer employment consisted of single pilot flying of Bell 212, transporting personnel and cargo to isolated helicopter landing pads. The pad locations were in mountains locations as well as sea level. Due to limited weather observation sites, flight conditions had to be closely monitored to maintain safe operations.

Conducted Flight Training as both a Bell 412(CF) instructor(TRI) as well as Simulator Instructor (SFI/SFE). Duties as a Simulator Instructor (CFI/SFE) included refresher training for experienced aircrew as well as Operational training for new pilots. These positions required intimate knowledge of tactical, non tactical, emergency procedures and of Simulator Operations including building scenarios for simulator training. Additionally during this deployed to Bosnia (2004 SFOR)408 Tactical Helicopter Squadron, Edmonton, Alberta, 2005-2011• Primarily engaged as an Instructor Pilot, Instrument Check Pilot, and Maintenance Test Plot. As an Instructor Pilot I became the Chief Instructor(TRI/TRE) for 408 Sqn Operational Training Flight and was responsible for all Unit instructors and Students. As the Unit Instrument Check Pilot I was in charge of all items relating to Instrument Flight Standards and Training. Maintenance test pilot duties were completed on both Bell 412 (CF) and CH-147Ds. During this time a 10 month deployment to Afghanistan was completed as the Unit Maintenance Test Pilot CH-147D (2009-2010 ISAF). Additionally I operated from Iqaluit in 2007. Show less
