I’ve been handling all 4 properties in our portfolio including:• Scheduling maintenance and finding the best vendors, coordinating with vendors and residents prior to visit.• Handling all residents’ concerns, questions, and accounting adjustments to their ledgers.• Updating rent roll, tenant directory, and assigned parking spaces.• Updating current vacancies and posting on different platforms.• Managing new move-ins and move-outs and making sure they have all the information they need prior to move-in/out.• Handling Inclusionary Zoning units, and compiling annual IZ unit reports.• Preparing annual property budgets for all properties.• Preparing leases, running income, and criminal background checks before tours.• Preparing and applying utility bills to residents’ accounts.

Team Manager • Managing a team of cold and warm callers• Finding and contacting potential buyers and investors• Email and text blast list of potential investors, and organizing open houses.• Pulling comparable, renovations cost, ARV, and sending offers.• Filing weekly/monthly reports.
