Prospective and retrospective analysis of industry and sub-market, insight into market changes and directions. Embedded competitive pricing and promotion throughout Asia-Pacific region. Timely monitoring of the four major futures exchanges on the production of raw materials (natural rubber) price trends to analysis production costs impact of the company's product price trends and forecasts. As stakeholder of the bidding and business negotiations for State-owned enterprise customers as well as domestic and foreign automobile manufacturers, to assume price strategy and manage all project pricing model and margins relevant. Develop tools, guidelines and frameworks which support data driven decisions to drive business results. Establish a sustainable and stable operating pricing rhythm in Whole China. Embedding competitive pricing & promotion insights into the capabilities in China. Analyze price competition to provide timely and comprehensive market price dynamic review with region management team. Work with sales team, marketing, supply chain and management team to find ways to protect P/L from pricing side. Set up the team's work plan and goal, and monthly review target to achieve the situation. Encourage team innovation and try to improve current working methods and efficiency. Formulate career planning for team members, develop individual competencies.
