Expertise in strategic management, subcontractor management, tender management, claims, negotiations, variations, and financial administration for diverse projects. Confident with various cost models such as lump sum, schedule of rates and re-measurable including provisional sums for risk items either for the client or contractor. I am an effective communicator and strong negotiator who works well in a team or autonomously with the ability to prioritise workload to meet any deadlines. I am an effective communicator and strong negotiator, who is organised, works well in a team or autonomously with the ability to prioritise my workload to meet any deadlines.I hold an Associate Diploma in Business Management which, combined with many years of experience, has given me a solid understanding of the principles of contracts law, business ethics and the contractual/commercial principles adopted within the mining industry.
