• Responsible for RFU strategy across University rugby• Leading the significant growth of men's and women's teams in University Rugby. An extra 120 teams created in the last two years in a competitive and performing market.

• Responsible for recruiting & performance managing of Staff ie RDOs, RUSLO & CRCs within my London South Team• Responsible for leading & coordinating the Regional Delivery Team • Supported different Counties to develop CB Plans to allocate RFU funding for development of the Game • Initiated & developed links with other parts of the RFU-for example Commercial, Discipline and Finance

• Deployed CRC Team & managing £500k team with £120k p.a from external funding partners• Developed and facilitated Staff Training to support the professional development of the Team • National role & responsibility for £1m RFU Go Play Rugby Player Recruitment Campaign 2007/08. This resulted in 9,500 players exceeding target by 55%.

• Provided a Competition framework for Primary & Secondary Schools• Organised & delivered the Coach Development Programme• Delivered a County wide high quality Player Development Programme for talented players
