Project Manager Level 3 (Contract) – LV= (March 2018 – Present) – Renewed and extended.• Work with Programme Manager and Risk Directors to set up the Programme Governance Framework.• Engage Work stream leads, SMEs, and key stakeholders to define the scope, objectives and plan for the project.• Utilising Agile techniques to support accelerated delivery of key project and programme milestones• Manage and run the plan, consisting of milestones, dependences and timelines using Microsoft Project. • Scope and document the Programme Budget (£2.5 million). Manage and report on the budget once approved, escalating potential issues to Steering Committee• Manage delivery of business and IT changes, transition to BAU, and post-implementation embedding work• Manage tasks to actions received from Audit during the FCA validation of the Programme’s implementation, alongside ensuring the business deliverables were met.• Own, update and manage the Risks, Actions, Issue log on a weekly basis to ensure every aspect of the programme has been fully analysed for risks and issues
