Worked with teams on-site to make sure maintenance and upgrades happen on time. AV/Meeting support – 2006-2011I worked on repairing and upgrading conference rooms for Dow’s Midland area buildings. I took calls for conference room support, ordered equipment, and went into the field to fix conference rooms. I was responsible for tracking work in the ticket system, and for coordinating with clients directly. I provided meeting support for events at various locations. For these events, I set-up sound systems, projectors, and coordinated with planners.
