In this position, I am responsible for identifying and translating client business and technical needs into comprehensive system designs.My work includes collaborating closely with the sales teams to develop tailored customer solutions that align with both client needs and business objectives. Additionally, I oversee the implementation of integrated systems from end-to-end, maintaining a strong understanding of industry trends, strategies, and products to ensure effective delivery.

- Translating technical aspects of different solutions into business driven use cases- Technical advisory for newest products and solutions such as Cisco Spaces, Catalyst Center and Software Defined Access- Responsible for CX products, design and creation of wide range customer use cases across their solution lifecycle - Technical content creation- Technical advisory in scoping difficult and complex sales opportunities for services- Providing technical expertise and consultancy to key stakeholders across Cisco and external teams

Part of Cisco Sales customer success team, focused on customer adoption and technical discussions around Cisco newest DNA architectures, DNA Center and Software defined access and Enterprise portfolio. Key work responsibilities:- customer presentations, demos and customer engagements with target to solve their technical barriers- internal trainings for specific technology fields to our community and externally- supporting engineering community across EMEA region and customers in EMEA region

- Cisco Professional Services Wi-Fi team member- Involvement in big cutting edge projects related to Wi-Fi technology across the world - such as Rio Olympics 2016, Banking, Retail, Industrial and High density Stadium WiFi projects- Creating High level, Low level design per customer requirements within multiple verticals- Radio frequency design for multiple verticals such as High density, Conference centre, Warehouses, Financial sector ...- Performing and reviewing site survey results and RF design based on customer requirements, utilising multiple tools and analysis of a spectrum for best customer experience
