I am dedicated, proactive and adaptable and have developed a successful career within the oil/gas industry over the past thirty plus years, showing a consistent progression up to my current managerial level working in a wide range of locations globally.Most recently employed as OIM for Rubicon Offshore (Singapore) assigned onto the Rubicon Vantage FPSO offshore Thailand • OIM mentoring/development and creation + implementation of CBTA assessment program for all offshore FPSO staff• Oversee the safe and efficient workover scope on the FPSO• Manage the safe and effective daily operations of the FPSO and its crew members• Budgetary controls, Spares management and rationalisation, FPSO Offtake’s, Marine Vessel logistics, POB Control and Personnel movements I have been successful with delivering positive change during assignments where initially workforce morale and performance was at a very low level. This has been achieved through creating an open and honest culture whilst engaging and motivating the workforce towards common goals.I have good detailed knowledge of training programmes, nationalisation techniques including mentoring national and company staff as required. Having completed a wide range of safety and equipment related training myself this enables me to offer knowledgeable and highly valuable services to each company I work for I have an in-depth knowledge of all systems related to oil and gas production including Gas Sweetening and Gas fractionation by liquefying (both JT and Turbo Expansion) etcI have a detailed understanding of both the workings and set up of CMMS systems such as SAP and Maximo  I have had personal involvement in the development of a comprehensive CBTA assessment and monitoring programmeThroughout my career I have used my communication skills to foster strong working partnerships with crew members, clients and contractors in order to achieve high levels of quality, safety and efficiency which maximise a projects success
