A seasoned M&A lawyer and senior legal manager with almost 20 years of experience in in-house legal environment and private practice with focus on M&A transactions, corporate, commercial and real estate law. For the last almost 13 years working for HB Reavis, a leading pan-European real estate developer.Main responsibilities: managing team of 40-50 lawyers, leading and negotiating M&A transactions (acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, various cross-border transactions), managing cross-border projects and coordination of legal work (focus on M&A transactions) across the legal teams in cooperation with external legal counsels, providing advice to the board of directors on corporate governance and corporate agenda, as well as developing new ideas. Also involved in strategic planning and implementation of strategy across the HB Reavis Group.
