CurrentAs the Director of Business Development for North America, I lead strategic initiatives to drive growth and innovation within our sales organization. Responsibilities include a wide range of critical functions designed to optimize our business development processes and enhance our sales performance:- Sales Pipeline Creation: Responsible for generating 30% of our overall sales pipeline, driving substantial revenue growth and business expansion.- Inbound Conversion Metrics: Maintain and analyze inbound conversion metrics by channel, ensuring we maximize our conversion rates and effectively manage our leads.- Data-Driven Account Tiering: Utilizing data and intelligence, develop Account Tiering strategies to prioritize high-value opportunities and optimize our sales efforts.- AI Innovation: AI Tiger Team, spearhead innovative projects that leverage artificial intelligence to revolutionize our sales processes and strategies.- Leadership & Reporting: Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, providing insights and updates on our business development activities, outcomes, and to align on further priorities.- Development Rubrics & Individual Plans: Create comprehensive Business Development Manager (BDM) Development Rubrics and Individual Development Plans to ensure our team members are continuously growing and excelling in their roles.- Sales Training Program: Design and implement an AE Training Program, equipping our team with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a competitive market.
