The main objective was to lower inventory and to improve delivery precision for a product area within Ericsson. Main activities performed during the project was changes and improvements of planning, dimensioning, procurement and warehousing process. Further production and warehouse layout was change together with internal process of capacity planning. The outcome from project was 75% inventory reduction, 90% lead-time reduction and a delivery precision of almost 100%.
