As the Special Envoy for Healthcare Delivery at the Government of Sierra Leone, I advise the President and the Ministry of Health on health policy, strategy, and innovation. I also lead and manage Health for All Medicals, a one-stop healthcare provider that I founded in 2018. I have a strong academic background, with PhD degree in progress, one in Sustainable Developkent with focus on Sustainable Healthcare Financing from the University of Makeni, . I also hold an MBA in Global Impact Entrepreneurship from Altis University, Italy, and an MPH from Njala University.I have demonstrated my skills in business analysis, advertising, and epidemiology, as well as my ability to grow a successful healthcare business. I have secured and executed multiple contracts with government and private sector clients, expanded my network of partners and suppliers, and increased the market share and revenue of Health for All Medicals. I have also contributed to the development and implementation of national and regional health initiatives, such as the COVID-19 response, the Universal Health Coverage, and the Mano-River Union Health Strategy. I am motivated by the vision of establishing an ultramodern one-stop healthcare facility that increases medical tourism to Sierra Leone and other Mano-River Union countries by 2030. I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as a passion for improving access, quality, and affordability of health services.
