•Analyse P&L, labour, inventories, budgets and forecast reports to insure department profitability is within budget guidelines•Recruit, manage and develop over 160 team members to help them achieve their career goals while achieving the establishments high work standards and ethics•Manage 11 individual outlets including premium bars, live entertainment venue, silver service, buffet, cafe restaurants, room service and banquet & conferencing facilities with annual net revenue of over $18 million•Implement and develop innovative strategies to market the food & beverage outlets through traditional marketing channels to internal and external patrons•Recruit, train and develop new food & beverage team members across a range of outlets
