I am an Operations Manager who is focused on efficiency and productivity across workflows, leveraging 15+ years of diverse experience. Whether I’m optimizing production workflows across 400+ personnel, planning events with 1,500+ attendees, or leading technical implementations across 900 retail storefronts, the hallmark of my success has always been my ability to coordinate and manage an immense amount of resources, easily identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and build strong relationships. Throughout my career, no matter the role, I have been deeply involved in managing and coordinating resources. Part of what makes me successful in this capacity is my ability to forecast needs and execute resource planning. While I can see the big picture, I am much more interested in what is needed, at a tactical level, to get there. I successfully align the right resources, at the right time, and at the right price to get it done. As a champion of continuous improvement, I have a natural talent for identifying areas for enhanced efficiency and productivity; whether it’s part of production processes or optimizing space allocation. Over the course of my career I have implemented numerous initiatives improving workflows, capturing significant cost savings, increasing workforce capabilities, and improving decision making…all of which add to the bottom line.Sitting on the board for a local non-profit, I am very involved in serving my community. I network and coordinate resources throughout the local area for fundraising and awareness; but I am more than just a networker, I am a people-connector; I genuinely enjoy connecting people with opportunities and resources that meet their needs.
