Responsible for actively managing customer expectations and identifying new business opportunities throughout various healthcare entities across the New York City area primarily consulting Hospital Networks, Behavioral Health Organizations, Community Based Organizations, Federally Qualified Health Centers, Regional Health Insurance Plans, Public Health Agencies which include the New York City Dept. of Health & Mental Hygiene and the New York State Department of Health. Core Customers Stakeholders Include: Chief Executive Officers, Chief Technology Officers, Chief Medical Information Officers, Medical Directors, Executive Directors, Vice Presidents of IT, IT personnel and Project Managers

Responsible for actively prospecting and managing new business throughout the home infusion service industry in New York City and New Jersey for patients with chronic disorders such as hemophilia, anti-trypsin and immuno deficiency illnesses, post-organ transplant care and other rare diseases that require high touch specialized care and bio-pharmaceutical treatments for survival. Develop account strategies with senior-level management and managed care team to penetrate new business opportunities; collaborate with pharmaceutical representatives on drug manufacturer programs that market both homecare services and manufacturer initiatives for total patient care. Present company offerings and services through consultative in-service sessions; effectively review contract coding for reimbursement, monitor patient diagnosis and rehabilitation, ensure that company quarterly quotas are met or exceeded. Core customers include: Hematologists, Oncologists, OBGYN's Infectious Disease Specialists, C-Level executive physicians, large group practices, university hospitals, private insurance companies.
