Counseled health care clients concerning contracts, fraud & abuse laws, HIPAA, Anti-Kickback, Stark I and II, Medicare reimbursement and compliance, licensing, hospital, home health, pharmacy and long-term care regulatory matters and patient care matters.

Served as the primary HIPAA resource for all levels of employees during the initial Security Rule implementation. Worked closely with senior management and department heads on strategic corporate compliance matters and other planning issues.
