Even onto Warranty analysis if required.I am certified in various Problem Solving methodologies, both Proactive and Reactive.Proactive to review data, metrics, analysis of process & product variation to establish drivers for the root cause and applicable corrective action applied and monitor results.Reactive to analyze and understand sudden defects in manufacturing & in the Field and quickly responding and identifying the drivers and apply the corrective action necessary.I also work with senior management for the Project Selection process, utilizing multiple metrics and from this establishing the best projects to work on with the highest $ saving and greatest leverage to other products, processes and manufacturing facilities.
