Peter was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1984.Between 1984 and 1991 he worked as a Solicitor in general practice and was actively involved in Family Law, Commercial, Civil and Criminal litigation. In 1993, after having been accredited as a Specialist in Family Law by the New South Wales Law Society, he focussed his legal practice on Family Law, including Estate Planning and Family Provision Claims. He has been involved in alternate dispute resolution for over 20 years dealing with complex property and commercial disputes arising from the breakdown of family and commercial relationships.He holds formal qualifications in alternate dispute resolution through Bond University and the Australian Institute of Social Relations. He is a Nationally Accredited Mediator and registered by the Federal Attorney General’s Department as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. Peter has been appointed to the Law Society of NSW Mediators Panel; the Family law Settlement Service Mediators Panel and the District Court of NSW Mediators Panel to mediate disputes referred by State and Federal Courts.
