Providing a lead role through the entire value chain to include security of supply, achieving consistent product specification, supplier management and optimisation of the business model.

In this role Peter worked alongside senior members of the management team to help scope, plan, process and deliver on major contracts for the supply of Alternative Fuel products including Solid Recovered Fuel (SRF) and Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF). With a key focus on value chain management and quality control for all chemical and physical parameters of the fuel. Also detailing the logistic elements to drive commercial efficiencies and ensure volume delivery in line with contract requirements. - KAM management of large volume contracts with several Tier 1 customers e.g. CEMEX.- Developed and managed quality control processes for both RDF & SRF production.- Worked with processing teams to deliver over 400,000 tonnes of Suez produced Alternative Fuels per annum with 6 Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles.- Responsible for recruitment, leadership and management of the site based SRF Quality & Sampling team.- Business development of RDF supply chains from UK to Sweden and France.- Negotiation and transition management of two Laboratory Testing contracts for Alternative Fuels.- Extensive knowledge of quality process management of both SRF and RDF focussed on the consumer customer requirements. - Experienced relationship builder, working with key stakeholders at all levels utilising a straightforward approach based on honesty and exceptional communication.- Internal and External client interface between operations, logistics and commercial teams.
