In January 2011, I established PAD Construction Management Ltd and employed myself as a freelance Site Manager. This has allowed me to adapt to market conditions and move easily between short term contracts. This has allowed me to further increse my adaptability skills and improve my managerial skills considerably. By establishing my own company I have been able to largely remain in employment during challenging economic conditions. In 2005 I decided to undertake a period of retraining over a total of three years. During this time I studied on a day release basis and worked on a variety of projects. The project highlights are swimming pool, sauna, gymnasium, home cinema, extensive landscaping and elaborate interior design features.
