Responsible for providing Systems monitoring for CCTV through MARC, BS8418 Certified and legacy open & closed sites; Life and property, and Lone worker systems, monitoring from many communication providers; not limited to but including Digital communicators, the various Redcare and Dualcom options, Webway, Emizon , Identicom and continuous CCTV system status monitoring with "Check my CCTV".Design, Installation, Maintenance and Monitoring of Systems solutions of Fire, CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, electric gates & barriers; through to Integrated solutions for networked and remotely serviced systems.

Responsible for the Design / Cad Department & Project Management Department for delivery of Fire & Security System installations to independent & key account customers throughout the U.K. High Security Service & Installations as well as managing the key accounts for specific customers; Ministry of Defence, Power Stations & HM Prisons.

Following my success at ADT Wokingham, I was recruited to join GENT Fire & BMS systems. I was responsible for the projects team delivering installations of Fire Alarm and Building Management Systems (BMS). We worked with consultants, electrical contractors and end users to provide cost effective solutions to meet their needs. When initially recruited, my main task was to build a new delivery team comprising of Project managers & Engineers to meet the increased orders from the recently restructured sales team to cover the whole of the UK.

Implemented improvements in performance to improve Service performance ranking from 24th in the country to 4th over a 12 month period, resulting in excellent incentive reward as part of the TYCO World Wide Employee Excellence Recognition Incentive.
